All prices are per room per night including breakfast (b and b)and parking. Parking is also available free all day on checkout day. VAT is not payable.
Please note that we intend to introduce some price increases as of February 2011.
- Four Poster en suite: £90
- Double/twin en suite Sun to Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and race meetings): £75
- Double/twin en suite Fri, Sat, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year: £79
- Double en suite horse race meetings: £95.
- Twin en suite horse race meetings: £110.
- Family en suite (two adults and one child or two children and one adult) Sun to Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and race meetings): £90*
- Family en suite (two adults and one child or two children and one adult) Fri, Sat, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year : £99*
- Family en suite (two adults and one child or two children and one adult) horse race meetings: £120*.
- Family en suite (three adults**) Sun to Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and race meetings): £110.
- Family en suite (three adults) Fri, Sat, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year: £120.
- Family en suite (three adults) horse race meetings: £135.
- Single: £55***
- Supplement of 10% for a Saturday night only reservation.****
* The child rate is available for children aged 4 to 14 years of age, sharing with at least one adult.
** The adult rates are charged for any person over 14 years of age.
***The single rate is for single occupancy of a double or twin room. Availability is at my discretion and the single rate is never available during horse race meetings.
****Only very rarely do we have a room available for a Saturday night only.
Policies.
- Minimum reservation of a two night stay on a weekend (with a few exceptions).
- All areas of the B&B are designated non smoking.
- Pets are, unfortunately, not accommodated at the Acer Guest House.
- We do not have any facilities for children under 4 years of age at the guest house. Children under 18 years of age must, due to the fire legislation, be accompanied at all times whilst in the B and B by an adult.
- Extra beds and cots are not available.
- Maximum room occupancy is as stipulated at time of booking.
- I require the first night’s tariff as a non-refundable, non transferable, deposit. Please make cheques payable to the Acer Hotel. Credit/Debit card deposits taken by telephone or fax (card details must NOT be sent to us by e mail as this is not secure). Please consider taking out travel insurance to be used in the event that you need to cancel the reservation.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date may be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the room.
- Influenza (including swine flu) - Please note: In the unlikely event that WE are forced to cancel your stay with us at the b&b for any reason, a full refund will be given. However, WE do NOT accept any responsibility for finding you alternative accommodation at another B&B, Guest House or Hotel. Should YOU decide to cancel your reservation due to the out break of influenza our normal cancellation/non refundable deposit policies (as detailed above) will remain in force. We recommend that you consider taking out appropriate travel insurance when making your reservation at the Guest House.
